Overview of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 77bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 77bdt platform — including its website, games, betting markets, promotions, and support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 77bdt services. These Terms apply to all users of the 77bdt platform regardless of device, connection type, or geographic location within Bangladesh. 77bdt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

77bdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until verification is completed. 77bdt will handle all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 77bdt platform. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity carried out by a third party using your login credentials, whether with or without your knowledge or consent.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential at all times. 77bdt will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately so that appropriate security measures can be taken.

  You must immediately notify 77bdt support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any security breach involving your credentials, or any loss of your login information.

  You must not share your account access with any other person. Account sharing — including giving a family member or friend access to your account to place bets or play games on your behalf — is a violation of these Terms.

  77bdt uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and browser you use to access 77bdt.

  Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must notify 77bdt support promptly to update your account details and maintain access to bKash and Nagad payment services.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77bdt — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. 77bdt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a security measure to prevent financial fraud. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. 77bdt does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which 77bdt accepts no responsibility.

  Deposits are credited to your 77bdt wallet in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, you must contact 77bdt support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

  Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-4 hours under normal operating conditions, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). During periods of exceptionally high demand — such as BPL season or major public holidays — processing times may extend to 24 hours.

  Deposits must be sourced from payment methods registered in your own name. 77bdt reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment accounts and to return such funds to their source without crediting them to your wallet.

  77bdt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification (KYC) or responsible gaming review. You will be notified of any hold applied to your withdrawal request and given a clear timeline for resolution.

  Currency conversion is not offered by 77bdt. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Any currency conversion fees incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time 77bdt offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.

  Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player per household. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all associated winnings.

  Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account without compensation.

  77bdt reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, low-risk bet stacking to fulfil wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 77bdt platform — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, sports betting markets, and any other games added from time to time — are governed by their individual game rules as set by the respective game providers. In the event of a conflict between 77bdt's general Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game provider's rules shall take precedence with respect to individual game outcomes.

77bdt uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories for all slots, virtual games, and instant-win products. Live casino games use real-time video streams with human dealers and are not subject to RNG. The results of all games are final once the game round is completed. 77bdt will not reverse, void, or modify any completed game result except in cases of a verifiable technical fault affecting the integrity of the game round.

  Any bet placed using funds that are under a bonus wagering requirement will be governed by the bonus terms applicable to those funds, including any game weighting restrictions that affect how wagers count towards rollover completion.

  Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events — are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. 77bdt reserves the right to void a market where the integrity of an event is in doubt or where a clear pricing error has occurred.

  77bdt reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or maximum winnings applicable to any game, market, or individual player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Winnings caps, where applied, will be communicated through the relevant game or promotion terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

77bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming on 77bdt is intended as a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal harm, players are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings or to contact our support team directly.

Responsible gaming tools available on 77bdt include deposit limits (configurable on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis), session time reminders, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bdt platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated winnings voided, and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

  Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including match-fixing arrangements or coordinated bet placement designed to exploit platform pricing errors.

  Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with 77bdt, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or the source of deposited funds.

77bdt employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Players whose activity triggers fraud alerts may have their accounts placed under review without prior notice. During a review, deposit and withdrawal functions may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

77bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to 77bdt, its other players, or third parties. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 77bdt support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad wallet within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request subject to re-verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical faults, network outages, payment processing delays, or game errors beyond 77bdt's reasonable control. 77bdt's maximum aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77bdt makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or prices displayed prior to settlement, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur without prior notice and 77bdt accepts no liability for losses attributable to platform unavailability during such periods.

11. Amendments to These Terms

77bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77bdt will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, 77bdt may also notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the 77bdt platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. 77bdt will maintain an archive of previous Terms versions which may be made available to players upon request submitted to the support team.

12. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the reasonable expectations of players based in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from your use of the 77bdt platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration. Players agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through 77bdt's internal complaints procedure before pursuing any external remedy.
